Coding Interventional Radiology is now approved by the AAPC for CEUs

One of the most difficult services to code is Interventional Radiology and its component coding requirements. Since Interventional Radiologists code for both the procedure and the imaging services, the coder must be aware of the different guidelines for each part of the service.

This course will provide instructions and examples of a cross-section of services provided by these practitioners, including:

Arterial System

Venous System

Pulmonary System

Portal System

Lymphatic System

Catheterizations

Angiography

Therapeutic Procedures

The course will also cover how to determine the orders of vascular families and the coding steps for complete coding.

Price: $60.00Approved for 2 CEUs by the AAPC.
